I am

an IT corporate trainer turned consultant / coach. I work 1:1 with accomplished women in healthcare, public service, and non-profits who are navigating a transition—whether it’s stepping into a new leadership role, shifting sectors, or simply seeking more alignment with who they are today. My clients are incredibly capable and often juggling big responsibilities, yet they’re ready for something that feels more purposeful and spacious.

Through focused conversation, we take stock of the skills, experiences, and values you've built over time. We identify what’s transferable, what’s energizing, and what no longer fits. Together, we organize your accomplishments and clarify what’s next—so you can confidently describe yourself in new yet authentic ways, whether you're networking, interviewing, or reimagining your path. This is work that aligns with your bigger vision: the work you want to do, the environment where you thrive, and the people you want to do it with.

I am a sailor, a competitive tennis player, a hiker and a wild berry monger eager to laugh and learn with my dog, Zoomer.

I believe

that each and every one of us has a powerful gift that must be brought into the world with intention.

I subscribe to

the neuroscience of conversations, Positive Intelligence® and systems thinking, and I am not afraid to apply disruptive thinking with radical candor to the client experience.

I am inspired by

leaders like Darcy Winslow who, through her Academy for Systems Change, provides tools and know-how for world-changing organizations to accelerate the pace of positive change in the world.

I value

authenticity, curiosity, life-long learning and deep intelligence - the kind one discovers within oneself through reflection and struggle.

Deb has an amazing ability to refocus the big picture in a way that is positive and exciting; taking the challenges that teams face and turning them into the opportunities we desire.
